Other work Experience:

2011: I have been actively involved in the process of facilitate dialogue between Rural Development Centre and Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) with has just been granted consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations to RDC.

2010: worked as staring committee member on a campaign of Dalits Economic Rights and Scheduled Castes Sub Plan (SCSP).

2010: Prepared a fact finding report on "Dalit atrocities in Marathwada" which interrogate various incidents of caste violation in Marathwada during 2007 to 2009.

2005: Co-authored report on institutional evolution of Rural Development Centre, Maharashtra for the "project Social Philanthropy in Indian" for Indian institute of Dalit Studies, New Delhi (IIDS).

2001: Worked as a field researcher on the project "Dalit women's testimonies" under Sharrmila Rege which has published as a book "writing caste/ Writing gender: narrating Dalit women's testimonies" by Sharrmila Rege published by Zubaan, 2006.
