Background

As a graduate student I opted for academics as a career, later on it became my passion and now my passion has become my profession.  When I started teaching, I encountered many problems that made me introspect and led me towards research and I went to Spain on scholarship for my specializing in the area of teaching of Spanish as a foreign language and submitted a thesis related to this topic with the case study of India. This was the first detailed study of its kind on India and over the period of time with my consistent endeavour I gradually specialized in this field which culminated into many publications comprising of books, research papers in national and international journals and presented papers in several conferences & seminars in India and abroad.

Involved in Research & Teaching since 1992.
