Assistant Professor
Dr. Rajiv Saxena is involved in research and teaching since
1992 and prior to joining JNU he taught at Indian Institute of
Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi; Lady Sri Ram College (LSR), New
Delhi and University of Delhi. He was “Fulbright Senior Scholar”
at University of California, Davis, USA and Harvard University,
USA.
He has consistent publications since 1991 and has more than
65 publications which comprises of 10 books, several research
papers in national & international journals and also
presented papers in several conferences in India and abroad.
Recently, he has presented the paper in USA (2011 & 2010),
Spain (2009), France (2009), and this year in 2011; he has been
invited for lectures at Ohio University, USA, University of
California, USA and City University of New York, USA. Recently,
he has been awarded as “Honorary Citizen of City of Davis”,
California, USA. He is the Founder of
Spanish Language Acquisition and Resource Centre (SLARC).
