Welcome! We are involved in research on several topics related to basic and applied areas of solid state physics and technology. The main thrust of our research work is the development of fundamental understanding of transport and optical properties of technologically important inorganic and organic semiconducting materials in their bulk-phase as well as nano-phase and extend them to applied areas of research for the development of novel devices.
