There are two types of agreements. Agreement of Cooperation (AoC) is at the School level and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is at the University level i.e. where more than one School is involved in cooperation.

ENS de Lyon, France for the academic year 2015-2016 is inviting 2 post graduate students from JNU under our Student Exchange Programme.
This offer is open to all courses of ENS de Lyon offered at master degree level with the following exceptions of agrégation courses. Interested students may visit ENS de Lyon web site to choose courses as per their choice.
After this, they may apply to International Collaboration Section, JNU, through their Chairpersons and once nominated/selected by JNU, ENS de Lyon will proceed to registration and complete other formalities. The deadline for JNU to nominate students for the academic year 2015-2016 exceptionally is May 25.
Normally, application should be done online before April 30th for students arriving for the first semester or the entire academic year or before October 30th for students arriving for the second semester.

Université Jean Moulin Lyon III is offering five exchange student positions to students of Jawaharlal Nehru University for one/two semesters with full tuition fee waiver.* The selected students would be registered for CEUF/DEUF (Certificat/Diplôme d'Etudes Universitaires Françaises) for which fluency in French up to the B1 level is mandatory. Students who will be entering either the fifth semester of the B.A. (Honours) Programme or the third semester of the M.A. Programme in July 2015 are eligible to apply for the exchange programme. Once selected, the exchange students will get support in their search of accommodation from the "Association Lyon III International". They will also be able to apply for the Charpak scholarship: http://www.inde.campusfrance.org/en/node/11234. JNU will grant Rs 40,000 to defray travel costs/other expenses of the selected students who would be required, in accordance with Government of India rules, to travel by Air India and purchase their tickets only from the approved travel agents.
Interested students may apply by 5 May 2015 to their respective Schools/Centres. The list of students shortlisted by Schools/Centres should be sent to the International Collaboration Office at the earliest, and definitely by 7 May 2015.
