Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)
JNU is located in the southern part of New Delhi, Capital of India. and is well connected by road from the three main Railway Stations, i.e. New delhi and Delhi and Nizammudin railway station as well as the Inter-state Bus Terminus of Delhi. It is also a short distance away from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. In short JNU is easily accessible from anywhere in the world.
Tourist attractions in Delhi:
New Delhi lies within the greater area of the old city of Delhi, which is actually composed of six different cities established by the various ruling dynasties that ruled India from here. When the British built New Delhi, they constructed many new buildings for various purposes. Climate and Clothing:
Delhi experiences an extreme climate typical of North Indian cities. Summers are scorching with temperatures frequently crossing the 40 °C mark. Recent times have seen a rise in humidity as well. Winters are chilly with temperatures dipping below 5 °C. Light colored cotton clothing is prescribed for the summers, while heavy woolens and protective clothing are needed for the winters. The ideal time to visit New Delhi would be October and November, before the onset of winter
