Prof. Rajkumar Buyya, University of Melbourne, Australia

RAJKUMAR BUYYA is Professor of Computer Science and Software Engineering; and Director of the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also serving as the founding CEO of Manjrasoft, an Australian company developing innovative solutions for Cloud Computing. He has authored and published over 300 research papers and four text books. The books on emerging topics that Dr. Buyya edited include High Performance Cluster Computing (Prentice Hall, 1999) and Cloud Computing (Wiley, 2011). His book on "Mastering Cloud Computing" is a famous book on Cloud. He is one of the highly cited authors in computer science and software engineering worldwide. Dr. Buyya received the "2009 IEEE Medal for Excellence in Scalable Computing" for his pioneering work in utility-oriented distributed computing platforms.

Prof. Jemal H. Abawajy, Deakin University, Australia

JEMAL H. ABAWAJY is a full professor at Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment, Deakin University, Australia. He is a Senior Member of IEEE Society; IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing (TCSC); IEEE Technical Committee on Dependable Computing and Fault Tolerance and IEEE Communication Society. Professor Abawajy is currently the Director of the Parallel and Distributing Computing Laboratory. Professor Abawajy has served on the editorial-board of numerous international journals and currently serving as associate editor of the IEEE Transaction on Cloud Computing, International Journal of Big Data Intelligence and International Journal of Parallel, Emergent and Distributed Systems. He has also guest edited many special issue journals.

Bhuvan Urgaonkar, Penn State University, USA

BHUVAN URGAONKAR is Professor of computer science and engineering at Penn State. During 2005-2011, he was an assistant professor of computer science and engineering, also at Penn State. He earned the Ph.D. (2005) and the M.S. (2002) degrees in computer science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and the B.Tech (honors) degree in computer science and engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (1999). His research involves applying ideas from distributed computing, resource management, scheduling, performance evaluation, and analytical modeling to the design and evaluation of data centers & clouds, operating systems, virtualization techniques, and storage systems.

Dr. Yogesh Simmhan, IISc, Bangalore

Dr. Yogesh Simmhan is an Assistant Professor at the SERC Department at IISc, Bangalore. His research explores abstractions, algorithms and applications on distributed data and computing systems. These span Cloud Computing, Scalable and Distributed Computing, distributed data and metadata management, and software architectures for large scale applications in eScience and eEngineering. His research advances fundamental knowledge, and offers a practitioner's insight, on building scalable, resilient systems to empower dynamic, distributed and Big Data applications.

Prof. Anil Kumar Tripathi, Banaras Hindu University, India

Prof. Anil Kumar Tripathi is a renowned professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Professor Anil Kumar Tripathi is an active researcher in the area of Parallel/Distributed Computing and Software Engineering. He has the expertise in how to design the research experiments and research methodology. He has huge number of publications in International Journal and Transactions to his credit. Dr. Tripathi has over thirty years of research experience.

Dr. K. Raghavendra, Scientist, ISRO, Hyderabad

Dr. K. Raghavendra is working as scientist at department of Space, and focused in the development of high performance computing areas for remote sensing systems using cluster, grids, clouds and Big Data technologies. He has published papers in the areas of clouds and big data technologies for scientific computing applications in leading conferences and journals. He is the recipient of team member award for the design of digital data processing system in the year 2009, and Young scientist award for the year 2010.

Anupinder Singh, Coresoft Solution

Anupinder Singh is working with Coresoft Solution as a full time IT & Academic Consultant. He has previously worked with Purpleleap(JV Educomp-Pearson) as Technical Consultant and Lovely Professional University as Assistant Professor. He was awarded Google Educator Group (GEG)-Lead for GEG chandigarh Chapter in December 2014 in lieu of his efforts into connecting educators with latest technology
