* Note: This registration fee includes accommodation (double occupancy hostel rooms at IIT Delhi) and food at IIT Delhi. Accommodation will not be provided to participants from NCR.
# Note: Faculty members, scientists, and industry participants are requested to arrange their own accommodation. A list of recommended hotels is provided for convenience.
Spot registration (during the conference) would require additional payment of ₹5000 for each category.
Please follow the steps below to complete the registration fee payment:
- Visit the payment portal: https://payjnu.in/
- Select the “Others/Alumni” option. Provide the required credentials and verify using the OTP.
- Choose Category: Conference/Seminar.
- Select Sub-category: Registration Fees.
- Choose SPS-QMAT2026 (01-04-2026 to 10-07-2026) and fill in the required information. Upload the Abstract Acceptance Email in PDF, JPG, or PNG format in the designated file upload section.
- After completing the payment, save the Payment ID or UTR number, as it will be required during the registration process.
