One Research Associate (RA) position is available in DBT sponsored project on: "Blocking invasion processes in Malaria: Targeting essential proteins of P. falciparum through design of novel peptide inhibitors"
Qualifications for Research Associates:
Education:- PhD in biomedical sciences/biochemistry with at least 2 years research experience in relevant area is essential.
Desirable:- Candidate should be efficient in molecular biology techniques such as cloning, protein expression and purification, Western blotting. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in maintaining cell-lines and immunological techniques such as FACS, ELISA and Confocal microscopy.
Fellowship:- According to DBT/DST rules
Tenure: The position is purely temporary, renewable after one year and will continue until July 2018 (the end of project) based on satisfactory performance. Only selected candidates will be called for interview.
