Nasir Ahmad Andisha is Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Afghanistan. Earlier, he was Ambassador of Afghanistan to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. As a Fulbright scholar, he completed his Master degree in International Affairs at the George H. Bush School of Government and Public Services in Texas A&amp;M University. He is Ph.D from the Asia Pacific College of Diplomacy, Australian National University.
