Dealing with Legal matters through IHA and Legal cell.
- Any other matter referred by Dean of Students.
- Computerization of hostel offices, coordination with E-governance, developing IHA/ hostel website.
- Monitoring of the working of all cultural clubs through cultural coordinator.
- Liaison with Horticultural and Security wing (beautification of hostel premises and CCTV cameras for hostels).
- Monitoring the proposal of new building for IHA.
- Any other matter referred by the Dean of Students
