NOTES:

  1. The schedule for registration of students in each School/Special Centres and also schedule of adding and dropping of courses in accordance with the schedule given in the Academic Calendar may be notified for information of the students well in time under intimation to DFO/AFO(S&P), office of the Dean of Students and Section Officer (Evaluation-I/Evaluation–II) and be strictly observed.
  2. The Students who are away during the period of registration on authorised Field Work may be permitted by the School to register within a week’s time from the date of their return. The names of such students may also be forwarded to the CoE/DR/AR (Evaluation) in advance.
  3. Schedule of examinations shall be notified for information of students by the respective Schools/Centres keeping in view the Academic Calendar.
  4. In case any of the deadlines/last date(s) of event(s) happen to be a closed holiday or fall(s) on a Saturday and Sunday, it shall be shifted to the next working day.
