Applications are invited for the following positions under the MeitY-funded Project entitled: “VIDYAAPATI: Bidirectional Machine Translation Involving Bengali, Konkani, Maithili, Marathi and Hindi” Sanctioned under the programme: “National Language Translation Mission (NLTM): BHASHINI” at the School of Sanskrit and Indic Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
The appointments will be purely on a temporary basis, initially for six (06) months, which may be extended based on performance and project requirements, until the completion of the project.

Initially the post would be for 6 months. The performance of the selected/ appointed staff member shall be assessed before expiry of the contract and only those found suitable will be offered extension after the completion of 6 months.
The Institute/employer reserves the right not to fill any of the advertised posts.
The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending on the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
