Applications are invited for a JRF and Project assistant positions in DBT sponsored project titled “Structure-function analysis of GPI biosynthetic enzymes”.
Qualifications for JRF: M.Sc/Ph.D in life sciences / Biotechnology / or any biological sciences with NET qualification with a good academic record and experimental research experience in yeast/ fungal biology and hands-on experience in FRET analysis, fluorescence microscopy, enzyme analysis and protein co-IPs/ purification.
Desirable: The candidate should have hands-on experience in molecular biological methods and membrane biology methods in the study of yeast/ fungal systems.
Fellowship: As per DBT norms. (JRF-25,000 + HRA)
Tenure: The position is purely temporary for one year and may be extended to the end of project based on satisfactory performance. The advertised posts are temporary and subject to availability of funds from DBT.
