Applications from Indian nationals are invited for Project Appointment under the following joint project of Jawaharlal Nehru University Delhi and Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram.
Appointment shall be on contractual basis till March 2026.
Title of the Project: Development of Portable Raman Spectrometer for identifying the amyloid deposition in the peripheral region of the body
Funding Agency: Department of Science and Technology
Post (s): Jr. Research Fellow (1 post)
Fellowship/pay-slab: Rs. 31000/- p.m. plus HRA
Qualifications: Good Academic records with a Master's Degree in Physics/Applied Physics and qualified National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC-NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) or Equivalent qualification/fellowship.
Experience in programming language (Python, Matlab), Raman Spectroscopy and optical system design is desirable.
Note: Candidate should be willing to work at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram.
