DBT-funded National Network Project of Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi to work on “Development of Multi-domain reliable reproducible and robust (MR3) platform for Research in Bioinformatics” . Our role is to develop data integration and gene expression analysis systems using docker and other web-based apps.
Project Technician Support-II at a salary of Rs 20,000+27% (Two positions)

DBT-funded National Network Project on "Development of Clinical Data Repository and Analysis Platform for Disease Detection and Prognosis" in collaboration with CSIR-NEIST, Jorhat. Our role is to study transcriptome based drug discovery and role of DNA shape in target discovery.
Project Technician Support-II at a salary of Rs 20,000+27% (Two positions)

All positions require Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Master’s degree in Science (preferably in Bioinformatics) or equivalent with strong skills in developing own software, writing algorithms and computer programs for biological systems. Previous experience on similar projects will be considered highly.

Initial appointment for all positions will be for three month and may be extended depending on the funds availability and performance.
