Applications are invited for the position of Research Fellow under a research project funded by the Indian Knowledge Systems Division, Ministry of Education, Government of India, as per the details given below:
Title of the Project: “Governance, Law and Statecraft in Indian Knowledge Systems: A Study of the Vijayanagara Empire and its Shastric Foundations”

Duration: 01 year initially and extendable for another 01 year based on satisfactory performance. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Age Limit (as on last date of application): Maximum 35 years
Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized university:
• History
• Political Science
• Sanskrit / Indic Studies
• Indian Knowledge Systems
• Law
• Philosophy
• Sociology
• Mangement
• Related disciplines relevant to the theme of the project.
Fellowship per Month (Consolidated): Rs. 50,000/- per month (Consolidated)

The position is purely temporary (One year initially) and renewed based on satisfactory performance for a maximum period of two years.
