Applications are invited for project staff in the ICSSR Funded Major Project awarded to the Centre for Media Studies, School of Social Sciences, entitled, ‘Media Reporting on Jammu & Kashmir (2018-2023): a Critical Analysis of the Shift and Continuities’. This post is temporary (could be extended as required based on the performance of the candidate) and is co-terminus with the project. The qualifications of the project staff given below are as per the ICSSR guidelines listed in the Project Sanction Order.
Positions:
Field Investigator (01)
Duration : 04 Months (extendable)
Qualification: Post graduate in social science discipline (with 55% minimum)
Remuneration: Rs. 20, 000/-per month
Field Investigator (01)
Duration: 03 Months (extendable)
Qualification: Post graduate in social science discipline (with 55% minimum)
Desirable Skills: Proficient in reading, writing and translating Urdu language
Remuneration: Rs. 20, 000/-per month
Research Associate (01)
Duration: 04 Months (extendable)
Qualification: Post graduate in social science discipline (with 55% minimum) with NET OR M.Phil OR Ph.D.
Remuneration: Rs. 47, 000/- per month
Research Assistant (02)
Duration: 04 Months (extendable)
Qualification: PhD OR MPhil OR Post graduate in social science discipline (with 55% minimum)
Remuneration: Rs. 37, 000/- per month
