Online Registration

Instructions 

  1. The 9th Convocation of JNU will be held on 12th January 2026.  This will be the occasion to confer degrees to Ph.D. students who have defended their thesis 16-01-2025 to 31-12-2025.
  2. Each degree recipient has to pay registration fee of Rs. 1500 through online mode. 
  3. Last date for online registration is 05-01-2026 07-01-2026.

  6. No dues certificate should be submitted by the concerned students as per the rules related to their Ph.D. degree.

Steps : 
You are required to pay the non-refundable registration fee for JNU convocation 2026.

     ► On clicking the above link you will be redirected to online payment portal.

     ► Select OTHERS/ALUMNI and sign in with your name, email and mobile number and enter the OTP

     ► STEP 1: Select Category -> Alumni

        STEP 2: Select Sub Category -> Convocation Registration

        STEP 3: Fill Form -> Enter your Enrollment No.
        
        Then click "Fetch Details"
       
        Your details will appear on the portal, then Make the Payment

     ► Receipt will get generated after making the payment. You may check "Transaction History" (top right corner) for your payment history.
