The Centre for the Study of Social Inclusion, School of Social Sciences, JNU, invites applications for the following project staff positions under the ICSSR-funded Major Research Project entitled: “Civilisational Consciousness and Viksit Bharat: An Assessment of the Awareness of the ‘Greater India' concept among University Students." These positions are purely temporary and may be extended based on the requirements of the project and the candidate’s performance. Qualifications and remuneration are as per ICSSR guidelines.

Position 1: Research Associate (01 Post)
• Duration: 6 months (extendable by another 6 months, subject to performance)
• Essential Qualification:
o Postgraduate degree in any Social Science discipline with at least 55% marks
o NET / M.Phil. / Ph.D.
o Minimum 2 years’ research experience as Research Assistant/Associate in a project
• Desirable Qualification:
o Experience of working on ICSSR-funded projects
o Familiarity with research related to higher educational institutions
• Remuneration: ₹47,000/- per month (consolidated)

Position 2: Research Assistant (01 Post)
• Duration: 6 months (extendable by another 6 months, subject to performance)
• Essential Qualification:
o Postgraduate degree in any Social Science discipline with at least 55% marks
o NET / M.Phil. / Ph.D.
• Remuneration: ₹37,000/- per month (consolidated)
