Applications are invited for the following post for a period of about two years:
Research Associate: One
Research Project: “Role of Himalayan alder (Alnus nepalensis D.Don) in the recovery of degraded ecosystems in the central Himalaya”.
Essential qualifications: Ph.D. in Botany/Life Sciences/ Environmental Sciences with practical knowledge of plant ecology.
Desirable qualifications: Field experience in Himalayan Forest ecosystems and willing to visit forest sites in Central Himalaya regularly during the project tenure.
Emoluments: @Rs. 47000+ HRA
