A Project entitled “Art, Handicrafts, Cultural Heritage and Livelihoods: A Study among the Didayi, Juang, Kutia Kondha, Lanjia Saura, and Mankirdia Communities of Odisha” invites applications for various positions in a sponsored R&D Project. This Project is funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). We are looking for bright and motivated candidates who have an interest in documentation, ethnographic study, cultural heritage, traditional art and handicrafts, livelihoods, or any other relevant areas.
Applications are invited in the prescribed format only for the following 2 positions:
Position Name: Research Assistant
Number of Positions: 1
Qualification: M.A. in Anthropology (55% minimum) with relevant 2 years of research experience
Location: Delhi-based only
Tenure: 15 Months
Pay: ₹37,000/- per month
Position Name: Field Investigator
Number of Positions: 1
Qualification: Post Graduate in Anthropology with relevant fieldwork experience. Candidates with experience in audio-visual documentation will be preferred.
Location: Odisha-based only
Tenure: 7 Months
Pay: ₹20,000/- per month
