Position: JRF in IUAC project entitled Selective ion implantation in layered magnetic
nanostructures for spintronics devices.
Essential Requirement: Master degree in Electronics, Physics (electronics specialization) or
M.Tech. in electronics/electrical Engineering.
Description of the project: (i) Aims to develop nanostructured magnetic elements, magnetic
nanowires, and ultra-small waveguides for phase shifter, and antenna, etc. (ii) Selective ion
implantation on nanostructures.
Salary: As per IUAC, India norms.
Duration : One year or till the end of the project whichever is earlier.
